Altough the new bike locks are bit annoying with all their beeping, it has nothing to do with the app itself. 
Everything in the new app is self-explanatory and very easy to navigate. 

Will be enjoying PubliBike rides further more. :)

Die Anleitung aus dem Mittelalter des Internets befolgt - funktioniert nicht. Support - Chat… Ich habe trotz unzähliger Versuche auf keinem Weg Hilfe bekommen. 
Aber ja - eines funktioniert: Abbuchung (ohne Leistung).

Selten so ein schlechtes System gesehen. Insbesondere die Ausleihe ist extrem mühsam.

Seitdem die neue App eingeführt wurde funktioniert praktisch gar nichts mehr. 
- Konnte trotz laufendem Jahresabo fast 3 Wochen nicht fahren. (PubliBike hat sich dafür weder entschuldigt noch den Betrag zurückerstattet/die Laufzeit des Abos verlängert) 
- Teilweise wird mir die Fahrt voll berechnet, obwohl ich ein Abo habe, bei welchem die ersten 30min Gratis sind. 
- Gestern habe ich 10min vergeblich versucht ein Velo auszuleihen. 
- Mit der neuen App wird bei jeder Fahrt 1-2min mehr berechnet als mit der alten. Bei einem E-Bike macht das unnötige zusätzlich Kosten von bis zu 0.4 CHF pro Fahrt. 

Als treuer PubliBike Kunde (weit über 100 fahrten) bin ich schockiert und enttäuscht.

This new version of the app is extremely buggy and frustrating. It takes several attempts, multiple app restarts, and way too long to unlock a bike. The old app worked seamlessly. Somebody needed to properly test this system before replacing one that worked perfectly

Die neue App & die neue Velos sind super !! Ehrliche Meinung von einem Nutzer seit 2023 der auch die alte App erlebt hat. Nun kann man auch Ton hören wenn etwas absperrt was früher nicht klar war! Zudem gibt es eine Bestätigung mit der Velonunmer bei der Freischaltung, um unerwartete Ereignisse zu meiden, zum Beispiel das Velo vom einem anderen zu zahlen. Vielen Dank PubliBike, ich habe mein altes eigenes Velo nicht mehr gebraucht.

L’ancien système était plus simple plus rapide et plus stable. La prise en compte du retour du vélo ne marche pas toujours et de délais entre le retour du vélo et sa prise en compte plus lente qu’avant.

Wieder einmal Beispiel wie man Digitalisierung falsch anwendet. Ausleihprozess ish müehsamer und langsamer als vorher. App unübersichtlich etc. Wie kann man etwas was einfach war, so kaputt machen. Leider muss ich da alle anderen Rezesionen stützen. Die Leute, welche diesen Auftrag vergeben und wie auch die in ausgeführt haben, müssen sich ernsthaft hinterfragen. Werde mein Abo sicher nicht verlängern.

Schlecht umgesetzte App. Mühsahmer Ausleihprozess und häufig fehlerhaft. 
Hauptsache man hat einen Chatbot integriert aber einfachste Funktionen wie die Schadensmeldung erfordern nun viel mehr Zeit als in der vorherigen App. 

Zudem sind die physischen Anpassungen am Bike ein Rückschritt. Die neuen Speichen/Felgen sind so dick, dass der Riegel beim Schliessen oft blockiert wird, während der Alarm losgeht. Auch dir Körbe am Lenker sind nun zu klein für eine einfache Einkaufstasche.

Ich hoffe, dass dir Anpassungen in anderen Städten nicht übernommen werden.
