## Public Surplus Buyers App Reviews in United States

### *---- "Inconsistent information"
The app in the website do not run side-by-side. The information is wrong in the app compared to what is presented via the website.

The auction that I bid it on in the app said it close at 6:30 Eastern time on the web browser. It said it closed at 4pm

The app is just inconsistently costing me what could have been a good Auction
-- Joyride123, 2025-07-03

### *---- "Can’t bid"
Ive tried to bid on an auction last night (7/1) and the app told me to log in to bid even though I was logged in. What’s going on?!?
-- RickyG8, 2025-07-02

### *---- "Hasn’t worked in months"
This app is actual garbage not only was it hit or miss whether it would function before now it’s been completely unusable for the last 4 months. “An error has occurred” anytime it’s opened. The only error that occurred was hiring whoever was responsible for its design.
-- A LeopluridonxX, 2025-06-13

### *---- "App doesn’t work"
Hasn’t worked for months
-- FUdoug, 2025-06-07

### *---- "Old"
This app is really very insufficient!! It like it’s 50 years old.
-- Pete Banana, 2025-05-22

### *---- "Operations manager"
This site goes down at the most ridiculous times like when a bid is closing and you can’t make a bid , then you try to log back in, the site displays an error and you try to hit ok but the frame just freezes up
-- Old Coltcowboy, 2025-04-28

### ***** "I’ve gotten very nice Mac from this site"
Amazing say I am on it often, don’t listen to bad reviews. It works very well now. As of 2025. I have won and lost bids on here.
-- ThicccChungus, 2025-04-01

### *---- "Poor Website"
Won’t let me log in.It says please accept.Very Poor website.Im calling The City of Norfolk in Va. and report it.This city is where i do my business .
-- beanie 12, 2025-03-14

### *---- "Errors"
Always get errors. Now I’m getting marketing phone calls. 🤦🏼‍♀️
-- kpcress, 2025-03-05

### *---- "Consistently Inconsistent"
When it's working, it's fine. I've had minimal issues with searches and items, and even if it doesn't remember location, search perameters or stay logged in, thats workable if annoying. However, it frequently just...breaks, and wont work at all. I've been getting an unclearable error message of "An error has occurred, please try again later ACCEPT" for at least a month despite reinstalling. This isn't the first time its happened, and it usually went away after an update, but I'm weary of it. More care needs to be done to make this app stable and consistent. Until that's done, I cannot recommend using the app, just use the browser. Honestly if improvements can't be made soon, public surplus should look into a different developer for a whole new app.
