## Publix Delivery & Curbside Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Ads were very annoying"
Ad videos kept popping up in full screen while scrolling. Me no likey.
-- ChocoBojangles, 2024-12-29

### *---- "Where are my SAVED ITEMS???"
Why can’t I ever find my SAVED ITEMS anymore????! It’s like you all hide them so we can’t find our favorite SAVED items!!! I don’t feel like searching for my favorite items whenever I want to order online!! You all have an area CLEARLY marked SAVED ITEMS but it NEVER SAVES THEM!! I haven’t ordered since‼️‼️‼️BEYOND FRUSTRATED‼️‼️
NONE of those darn updates fix the problems either‼️
-- Flowerianea121, 2024-12-26

### *---- "My convenience"
What a disappointment! I have shopped on line for a very long time.this new app is a disaster for me! I am a 94 year old and loved ordering my groceries online and have them delivered to my door. I cannot drive to Publix nowadays and when I sat down to online shop this AM I discovered it is no longer easy! Shame on you to make these changes that keep not only me but many people that depend on this Publix App! Help?!!!
-- 407drury, 2024-12-26

### *---- "Pathetic"
Cannot use app or order delivery without signing up. Entered email and directed to check email for login. No email (including spam). Publix is joining all the rest of the companies solely designed not to add any value to its customers but to siphon as much money off of them as possible. Don’t offer a service/app such as delivery when you can’t bother to ensure its functionality.
-- AllSaints36, 2024-12-22

### **--- "Terrible customer experience"
It is full of adds that take up your whole screen whenever you scroll past just a few items. And why is this a separate app from the other Publix app?
-- Dubhros, 2024-12-11

### *---- "Made me wait and didn’t deliver"
I placed an order before 6:30! I was told it would arrive by 9:08 at the latest when I was placing my order! After 9:00 it said my order wouldn’t arrive until 9:46pm! The shopper messaged me about replacing an item. I accepted the replacement. It said he was shopping for multiple orders! When I looked again it said he had checked out. When I looked again it said my order would arrive in the morning 😡! When I spoke to customer service she said my order was delayed due to them not having some items I ordered! That was a Lie! Not to mention I have never had a whole order rescheduled because they didn’t have an item😡 ! I ordered medicine because my husband and myself are sick! I needed that medicine! I would never have placed my order if I knew I wouldn’t get it until tomorrow! I would have gone to the store myself!
-- TheWaterWolves, 2024-12-11

### *---- "bad app"
they make it impossible to figure out how to use a publix giftcard to pay an online order. im done with publix!!!
-- catlitter78, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Worst web site ever"
Just spent an hour trying to put a pickup order together, this site has always been and obviously always be the crappiest site and no one there will ever fix it, coincidence it never works when you offer a coupon for using it, I would of given it 0 stars. Not the first time this has happened to me.
-- nacho nipples, 2024-12-06

### *---- "GARBAGE!!!"
I placed an order to be picked up. Publix informed me that the order would be delayed. So I waited. By the time it was ready, it was too late to come back out. I go to pick up order the next day, they said it was delivered that morning. So where is my order? Publix has done this 3 times. Do not use this app for Publix!! It’s is GARBAGE!! I would give it 0 stars if I could!!!
-- **FP**, 2024-12-06

### *---- "Horrible"
The customer service is good but sometimes falls short of solving the problem. The app it’s self needs improvement. I’m exhausted with having to constantly go in and out of the options of each individual foods and it not saving! I want to have peace of mind since Instacart has blamed me for not having my chosen options yet it’s this ridiculously high priced service that is not cutting it anymore.
