App not working 6/18/24
The app will load the front page but when you click to view the weekly ad it will not load. It was working fine the other day.

No customer service
Problem with the app, won’t let me order alcohol. Says can’t leave at the door. There is no way to fix that in the app. I’ve called customer service twice. They have done a wonderful job of explaining the problem to me exactly as I explained it to them. After their investigation 10 minutes later. No one can tell me what I need to do to fix the problem. Update of the app twice, no luck. Back to door dash And why do I need a nickname??!!?!!? Still very buggy. Chat quit working while the order was being delivered. The bot that calls (actually a real person reading from a script) doesn’t care to listen to feedback. Evidently the VoC doesn’t matter.
Poor Service
Order literally took 2.5 hours which ruined the entire point of me ordering for my girlfriend as a gift. It also told me my order was canceled so I placed it again and had to deal with a double charge. First time using the app. Will not use again.
Shame on you
As hard as times are for you to allow Instacart to overcharge us for the stuff that we are buying in your store and not giving us the original prices is appalling! I’m so disappointed in Publix specially for people like me who are disabled and it’s a convenience to have the groceries brought to the house! Just goes to show everything about money not about the people or the community
Delivery
Delivery was done prior scheduled time.
Wrong items
Almost every time I order I don’t get what I ordered, I ordered 4 Pepsi zero did not get them. Got something else that I will not drink. It seems like they do it on purpose.
Time saver
This is helped with so much of my life right now. I can’t leave the house sometime but need groceries. It’s nice to know that somebody’s is willing to shop for you and bring it.
BOGO not observed
I ordered 2 sparking waters which were BOGO and only got 1 of each flavor. Also I ordered 2 Utz potato chips which were BOGO and only got 2.
Very difficult to add items to existing order
That’s frustrating and inconvenient
