Puffin Cloud Browser is the client app that accesses the cloud server which runs the web browser. The Puffin client app and the Puffin cloud server do not communicate in HTTP protocol and the data exchange is not in HTML format. The Puffin client app is like the remote desktop client and the Puffin cloud server is like the remote desktop server. Puffin Cloud Browser gives the audience the illusion of a web browser but it is not, in reality, a web browser. Puffin Cloud Browser can only "display" the web content rendered on the cloud servers but can't "render" the web content itself on the client devices.

Can’t play flash games anymore
I downloaded this browser just for flash games but sadly today/yesterday they made this app a cloud browser so flash games aren’t avaible anymore. I hope they bring flash games back
Era un browser fantastico. ERA
Permetteva di fare le stesse cose che su un computer. Adesso per me non funziona proprio più e non c’è nessun aggiornamento da fare. Fino a poche settimane fa, in linea di massima funzionava. Peccato. Era da 10 stelle non 5.
Impossibile da utilizzare
Installato su IPad è totalmente inutilizzabile. Si apre una schermata grigia con la pagina in sottofondo che non permette di effettuare nessuna ulteriore operazione o visualizzazione.
Richiesta abbonamento
L’applicazione è ottima, poco da dire; ma ad un certo punto ha richiesto un abbonamento per continuarne l’utilizzo. Il problema non è tanto quello (dato che sono 0,99€ al mese o 5€ all’anno), ma che dopo aver fatto il pagamento continua a darmi problemi come se non avessi fatto nulla.

Grazie Puffin che mi consenti di navigare da un vecchio ma affezionati iPad con IOS 9.3.5 e utilizzare siti altrimenti irraggiungibili.
Doesn’t work
It worked yesterday and today it keeps saying “no network”. Doesn’t work on wifi nor on 5G.

Fastest on older iPads
Because it is a cloud-based browser, it is very fast also on older hardware such as my iPad 2. I think that this app is great because it provides fast browsing experience on old devices. Not buying always new devices is so good for the environment and for your wallet. I am sincerely considering a subscription to this service, because it costs much less than buying a new iPad (and for the environment stuff). Dear developers, thank you. Please, for the reasons above, consider continuing the support for iOS 9. Andrea p.s. there is a typo in your privacy policy, section photos and videos.
