## Puffy Silence Description
In a world full of constant distractions, it can be difficult to find a moment of true silence and deep rest. 
Puffy Silence helps you intentionally step into quiet and give your attention a break.

Puffy Silence is designed for focused attention, rest, and intentional calm time. 
Each session lasts 45 minutes and encourages you to put your device aside and simply stay in silence.

Every time you start a session, our Red Panda is sleeping peacefully. And everyone knows that Red Pandas love to sleep. After completing your first three full silence sessions, three collectible badges with the cute and playful Red Panda will be unlocked in the Collections section.

More badges are available in the full premium version of the app. All other app features are fully available in the free base version of Puffy Silence.

How it works
• Start a silence session with one tap
• Session duration is fixed at 45 minutes
• Put your phone aside and rest in silence
• After a full session is completed, your progress is saved automatically
During a session, a countdown timer shows how much time remains. If the session is interrupted, it will not be counted as completed.
 
Track your silence progress
Puffy Silence keeps track of your silence sessions:
• Number of completed sessions per day
• Total silence time
• Days with completed silence sessions
• Date of your first completed session
• Collected badge collections
All statistics are displayed clearly and are fully available even in the free base version of the app.
 
Simple by design
Puffy Silence does not play music or voice guidance and does not send notifications or reminders.
There are no breathing exercises or instructions.
It simply creates space for silence.
