Kostenlos, ja, aber dennoch viel zu aufdringlich mit den Werbeeinblendungen. Da verliert man die Lust am Training. Für das, was die App kann, wird hier zu sehr mit Werbung gearbeitet. Keine Empfehlung.

What da hack macht diese App bitte im Hintergrund?!
Was auch immer da passiert, es saugt massiv Batterieleistung und das Smartphone wird warm, zu warm.

Eigentlich ist diese App genau das was ich gesucht habe. Ein Trainingsplan mit einer schönen Progression um Klimmzüge zu trainieren. Jedoch habe ich festgestellt, dass mein iPhone 12 sehr heiß wird wenn ich die App geöffnet habe. Einmal hat es die App sogar automatisch geschlossen. Hier muss wahrscheinlich an der Performance der App etwas verbessert werden. Würde mich freuen, wenn dieser Umstand behoben wird.

### ***** "Simpel und Effektiv"
Das Ziel dieser App ist 50 Klimmzüge am Stück zu schaffen. Dabei kann man ganz individuell festlegen, ab welchem Level man einsteigt. Man steigert sich ganz langsam und die Übungen sind meist in fünf Sätze aufgeteilt mit jeweils 120 Sekunden Pause dazwischen, die man nach Bedarf abbrechen oder auch verlängern kann. Man steigt nach Abschluss immer einen Level auf. Ich nutze die App jeden zweiten Tag und finde es toll zu sehen, wie man sich langsam aber stetig verbessert und die Muskeln stählt. :)
