I’d appreciate smarter behavior for horizontal scrolling between sections. When I’m on the first item in a section and swipe left, it should move into the previous section. Same in reverse - when I’m on the last item and swipe right, it should advance to the next section. I understand the intention here with 'You're all caught up' but I still think moving onto another section instead would be better.

More broadly, I’m not convinced horizontal scrolling is the best UX choice here. Most informational apps rely on vertical scrolling. Horizontal sections make sense conceptually, and you were able to fit everything basically in one screen which is great, but in practice the interaction just feels awkward for me. After all this time of scrolling down everywhere else, having to switch to left/right navigation just breaks the interaction flow. The ergonomics feels off compared to vertical-first layouts.

Overall, great app idea and your foundational model seems to work well.

The app has a clean and attractive design that makes a good first impression. However, after spending some time with it, I found that the sources it pulls information from are neither relevant to my needs nor particularly reliable. Given these concerns about content accuracy, I’ve decided not to continue using the app.

After Jaroslav hyped his Bottlecap AI company and promised real world LLM training improvements we got this. Idea that has been tried dozens of times and every influencer and their mom got sponsored by one or the other dozens players in the field. CAP1 could definitely be interesting but it seems to do nothing more than sentiment analysis which is 10yo tech and there’s no saying on how unique, efficient or good their model actually is. But this is the problem with hype. I expected to be able to fine tune their foundational model on Mac and then use it on my iPhone. That would be true LLM innovation. Now I feel like I got Elon Musked by Bottlecap
