PulseCheck uses a camera-based PPG scan to estimate your BPM quickly and clearly. Place your fingertip on the rear camera, stay still, and get a result in about 10 seconds. Why PulseCheck Camera-only heart rate scan (no wearable required) Fast BPM readings with a simple guided flow Daily trend charts for resting and active moments Session notes for workouts, stress, sleep, or caffeine Reminder check-ins to build a consistent habit How camera scanning works PulseCheck detects subtle fingertip color changes during each heartbeat through your camera and flash, then estimates pulse in beats per minute (BPM). How to get better readings Cover the camera lens gently with your fingertip Keep your hand still and breathe normally Avoid strong movement and very cold fingers Take 2-3 scans and compare trends over time Built for everyday wellness Use PulseCheck before workouts, after training, or during stressful days to better understand your body and recovery.
