Pumpkin Kart

I’ve been using this app for over a year now and I was really happy with the service until my recent orders. As a Pumpkin Kart Pass holder, I “was” eligible for free delivery for orders within 25Kms. With this mentioned, during checkout and payment I was told my order was going to be delivered with delivery charges being canceled due to my subscription as the distance was well below 25Kms. To my shock while checking my statements an hour later, I noticed they changed the kilometers to 25.01 and charged delivery fees of $15.99. This is a serious violation as charging customers a higher amount later on is unethical and very very scary.

I have been using Pumpkin kart for while for food and grocery delivery. This app truly offers a wide range of ethnic cuisine. It also have a user friendly interface and seamless ordering process. They frequently offers great discounts and special offers.

I appreciate all the curated offers you have for South Asian cuisines, and your quick delivery.

Shame that they don’t cover Hamilton area. And no South Indians specially Kerala restaurants dosn’t want to open up a branch in Hamilton area.

It takes too much time to deliver the food. Also the delivery fee is too high compared to other apps. Better you should use another app if you need food on time at a reasonable price.

I’m a pumpkin pass user for the last 6 months. Best deal to grab food from the distant places. I live in downtown and i get my food from scarborough which uber and other apps couldn’t deliver. Best app for indian students and been planning to try tiffin service. Delivery was a bit slow due to the distance, but saw an improvement recently. Thanks for the service and good homely food which i miss the most. ❤️

Kudos to the team for such an amazing service. I felt disappointed at first due to late delivery, but it’s solved recently. Thanks for the service and its the best for student community.
