I am writing to express my serious dissatisfaction and frustration with the level of service provided by your organization.

Appointments have been postponed repeatedly without any clear or acceptable justification. This ongoing rescheduling reflects a lack of professionalism and poor management. In addition, the staff members have been uncooperative and appear to lack sufficient understanding of their responsibilities, which has only added to the inconvenience and wasted time.

Furthermore, the mobile application is unnecessarily complicated and extremely difficult to use. Even completing simple tasks requires excessive effort, which is unacceptable in today’s modern and technology-driven era.

We are living in an age where efficiency, clarity, and customer-centric systems are essential. Your current working policies and procedures are overly complex and outdated. I strongly urge you to review and change your operational policies, simplify your processes, improve staff competency, and upgrade your digital platforms to meet acceptable standards.

This level of service is not what customers should be expected to tolerate, and I hope immediate corrective actions will be taken.

التطبيق بالكامل باللغة الإنجليزية، ونحن في دولة الإمارات لغتنا الرسمية هي العربية. هذا يسبب صعوبة حقيقية لكبار السن وللأشخاص الذين لا يجيدون اللغة الإنجليزية، ويجعل استخدام التطبيق معقدًا بدل أن يكون سهلًا. السؤال المطروح: هل التطبيق موجه للأجانب فقط أم لجميع فئات المجتمع؟

كما أنني عند التواصل هاتفيًا اخترت خيار التحدث مع موظف باللغة العربية، لكن تم تحويل المكالمة إلى موظف لا يتحدث العربية ويتحدث الإنجليزية فقط، مما يجعل التواصل غير فعال ويزيد من الإرباك. لا يوجد ما يمنع من توظيف كفاءات محلية أو موظفين يتقنون اللغة العربية لمساعدة المستخدمين وفهم احتياجاتهم بشكل صحيح.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، قمت بحجز موعد طبي عبر التطبيق لعدم قدرتي على زيارة الطبيب العام حضوريًا، ومع ذلك تأخرت الطبيبة لمدة نصف ساعة. وعند الاستفسار تم إبلاغي بوجود حالات طارئة وأن مدة الانتظار ستكون عشر دقائق، لكن الواقع كان مختلفًا. هذا يتعارض مع فكرة الحجز المسبق وتنظيم المواعيد المفترض أن يخفف الازدحام لا أن يزيده.

بصراحة، الهدف الظاهر من التطبيق هو تسهيل الخدمات وتقليل الضغط، لكن التجربة الحالية تعكس العكس تمامًا، مما يتطلب إعادة نظر جادة في آلية العمل، ودعم اللغة العربية، والالتزام بالمواعيد احترامًا لوقت المستخدمين.

### **--- "WHOOP Connection, Ultrahuman Integration & iOS 26 Support"
I’ve noticed a few issues and limitations that I’d like to share as feedback:
	• The app doesn’t connect to my WHOOP device. I contacted support over two weeks ago, but there hasn’t been any update or fix yet.
	• Ultrahuman integration is not currently available to add to the Pura app.
	• It would be great to see support for iOS 26 and the new Glass design software, along with its performance and design advantages.

I hope these points can be considered in future updates to improve the overall user experience.

This app I booked twice with the Dr and twice confirmation has called me back when I paid for the appointment as well. Then after appointment passes they say oh so sorry doctor cant. Also they put me as a no show for one of the appointments. Very unproffessional staff and very unproffessional customer service I will never use this app again. They owe me 200 AED and another thing I can’t even refund the money! Because no button works on this app either. Never download this app

للأسف، مضى أكثر من 10 أيام بدون إصدار أي تقرير، رغم متابعتي اليومية مع الجهة المعنية.
ما حصل هو تجاهل تام، ووعود تتكرر بلا نتيجة، مما تسبب لي في ضرر وظيفي وانسحب عليّ كغياب غير مبرر في جهة عملي.
أرجو من المعنيين مراجعة إجراءات الخدمة لضمان المصداقية والالتزام تجاه المراجعين.
