## Pure Chat Reviews in United States

### *---- "Poor"
I don’t get notification when someone is on my website
-- Trillion dollar baby, 2025-05-30

### *---- "Bad app"
If never works on our phones
-- Tennashoe12345, 2024-12-27

### **--- "Useless"
Every time I try to retrieve a chat on the app, it's just spins and says it's reconnecting, but never connects.
-- Amy Dos Duncan, 2024-05-22

### **--- "Unreliable"
I find I almost never get notifications. The only good thing is it tries to get the person on your website to fill out at least a contact request. Recommended by Weebly, but of questionable value.
-- Clarkl23, 2024-02-12

### **--- "What’s up?"
Keeps timing out. If I go online I can see the chats but the app just doesn’t work.
-- MJONE79, 2024-01-22

### *---- "App Not working on iPhone"
The app has not been working on the new iPhone and we have sent at least 10 emails to purechat and they have not been able to solve the issue. We are loosing an average of a chat every 15-20 minutes, wasting a possible sale.
-- javier ripoll, 2022-08-06

### *---- "Zero Support! Stopped Delivering Chat Notifications"
The app has stopped delivering chats, which makes it pretty useless. I have tried contacting numerous times on the website, on the app, and as a last resort I messaged them on Facebook messenger. The messenger shows they read the message but didn’t take the time to respond.

This company has shown ZERO customer service or accountability for support.

I also find it ironic that the chat service on their own service is not attended to, and is unresponsive when I leave a message 👎🤣 Way to represent the use of chat services. Finding another provider immediately.
-- Whatsaysme, 2022-08-05

### **--- "Decent app"
It work at first, but since 3 weeks ago the notifications stop working and we start loosing a lot of chats, for some reason is only happening on IPhone.
-- Citimarine LLC, 2022-08-03

### ***** "Secure is most important…"
And we have it with the product. Thank you for a reasonable pricing.
-- MyGlobalscape, 2022-06-24

### ***-- "No notification"
This app was working great now its not giving notifications on new chats on ios Please fix it
