Why is this App still listed in the store. Pure’s own support staff acknowledge it’s not possible to sign into this app so it’s offensive they have the audacity to keep it live on the store. It should be removed until they fix it but until then don’t waste your time buying their products or downloading this app because it doesn’t function

I use the app every day to lock and unlock 🛴 Lately it is terribly unreliable at connecting and I have to re select scooter almost every time. C’mon guys…

Waste of time… Do not even attempt to connect your scooter if you wanting to use it. I brought Pure Advance over the festive period which was working fine, downloaded app tries to connect & now it has locked my scooter & the battery meter is flashing as if it were charging without it being on charge. Idiots.

After version 2.7 update the app stopped working and won’t connect to the scooter anymore. Developers what have you done !

This app locked my scooter, all the bars keep doing is going up and down without it on charge. Someone tell me why it’s doing this

I bought a Pure Escooter air3 ,Went to work with it and Locked it using the App,I came back And couldn’t unlock it as its needs wifi,Imwas absolutely frustrated not happy with it.I haded to carry it all the way home.Ridiculous

Locked my scooter as it failed mid update. Have to send it away. Terrible terrible app. Worked fine before

Just Got my Air 3 Pro, app is useless. Doesn’t do anything apart from changing mph to kph and turns on or off lights.

If u could add a part to like a smart watch so u didn’t need to go in the app ever time so if It’s in a bag u wouldn’t need to go looking throw it

The app has a very limited set of features displayed in a very basic way, white background and a couple buttons etc.
