Not very helpful if you can’t add gas stations that have non ethanol gas so you’re driving several more miles out of your way. I saw a review stating the same problem 13 yrs ago! Deleting. -- Coyote112, 2026-08-14 ### *---- "Poor" This is nothing but a phone book. No octane or pricing info. -- Ramhines, 2026-05-15 ### ****- "Filter and other options" Love it, but a few more features would be good. Specifically, the ability to filter stations out of the list by various criteria (in my case, by the octane rating of the ethanol-free fuel they have available would be the most valuable filter), and it would be nice to see the prices of the ethanol free fuel each station sells in the app directly -- gn uubdgvddynndrzs, 2026-04-10 ### *---- "Lacking…" This app was basically dead for a long time- held hostage by an incompetent developer. It’s more functional now- but still incredibly aggravating to use. You get a map view or you get a list view. The list view provides some station detail and is arranged by ascending distance- but has no direct mapping function. The map view lays out stations relative to your location- but provides NO detail about the station itself. So each view provides a critical detail in a completely separate and basically useless manner. -- B.McPhail, 2026-04-04 ### **--- "Totally incomplete" This app is a great idea but the execution is atrocious. The list is incomplete and appears to never be updated. There is a local gas station that has operated for decades and sells ethanol free fuel (the only one in the area that does) that isn’t on this list and there appears to be no mechanism by which someone could submit the new location. If the developer isn’t going to update the list, they should at least let others do so! -- KD8D, 2026-02-09 ### *---- "no contact method" no way to contact developer, website is shut down but domain is available if someone wants it! just trying to report a bad GPS for a station near me. could be useful but bad data equals FAIL. -- thumbunny99, 2026-01-18 ### ***-- "Was a good app" I used to rely on this app for planning my trips, but the latest update prevents you from looking past say maybe 30 or 40 miles. This puts me in a big disadvantage if I’m planning a trip. Furthermore, I wanted to report an error and now I can’t do that anymore. Please bring those features back. Restricting views to your immediate area is counterproductive. -- DJ Megahertz, 2025-12-07 ### ***-- "Only Whole Numbers Work" App worked great a year or so ago.. now, it won’t take a decimal point, so tracking miles, price and gallons have to be rounded.. not very accurate.. put it back the way it was, please! Still, map function lets me find stations, which is nice when traveling out of my local area. -- Godzilla907, 2025-11-28 ### *---- "Imbeds its self in phone" Can’t uninstall once you get it -- Nope nopenot telling, 2025-11-02 ### ***-- "Good, but Updates needed" Very helpful app to not gum up my carbs with government gas. Need some updates: -user reviews/comments of stations -ability to add new stations by users -ability for users to submit a station for removal if it doesn’t have ethanol free or closed -- Duckdog1, 2025-10-19 [View all Pure Gas reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Pure Gas In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Developer Tip | $0.99 | ## Pure Gas Discovered Keywords -
