Known as 'Air', these had an different mobile system to the newer scooters. The old app is being taken out of service so all those using the old app will need to switch to this one. After numerous emails explaining that the MAC code does not show in iOS app they finally accepted what I was saying and are going to discuss with the app team! -- whatnamesarenttaken, 2026-04-29 ### *---- "The App Locks you out of the Scooter" The app forced an update and then proceeded to lock me out of the scooter with no way of unlocking, thus making the scooter unusable! A real shame but Pure have actually been pretty good in supporting up to the point of the new App release. I have tried V1.1 and hopefully it works correctly, but a fundamental lack of testing for a key feature has caused a lot of pre 2023 owners to be left without a usable scooter.
