Useless akala ko naman madedeliver within time frame nagpaselect pa ng delivery date and time. Magpproceed pa ba kaya to? may mga frozen goods pa naman na inorder. Di rin working ang Chat to Sally kineme 🤣
FIX YOUR APP (also staffs in FTI BRANCH is unreaponsive)
I have already paid the items, I got the receipt. But when I check the app, the status is still in order processing even though im already paid. I kept calling the staff I talked to about the items, she’s not answering anymore. I havent received my items!

Buggy app
Ang purpose nung app is to see the points you earned. Pero di ma-link, di ma-open at di nagrereflect yung points sa app. So what’s the point of the app? I-print nyo na lang kali sa resibo yung points para di na kami mahirapan. Pangi din UI. Di sya friendly and kada galaw mo, loading to the next page/tab. Di rin gumagana ang email nila at Ask Sally functions plus yung sa customer support sa website.
NOT RECOMMENDED
1st time ko gumamit ng app na to pero nakaka disappoint lang. nag order ako for delivery. Nag order placed perp after that wala ng progress wala din nag call to confirm my order until dumating na yung time of delivery walang dumating na grocery. 2nd time nag order ulit ako pero for pick up naman. As usual hindi din nag call process ang order ko pag dating ko sa store tska palang chinicheck yung app at hindi nga daw na process ang order dahil hindi daw na monitor. Ang ending nag ako nlng mismo nag grocery sa mismong store. Sobrang inconvenient. Not recommended.
