Changing your buddy on the app or on the website is proving difficult. The guide on the website is incorrect as the steps suggested does not exist. I resorted to emailing customer service to get assistance and still waiting on their response.

I think the Gym is excellent value for money!
However, a lot of the machines in the Stratton Gym need some general maintenance.
Their certainty not running as smooth as they should be?
I think it would be a small fix now?
Before they break altogether & become a lot more costly to repair?

I think individual exercises should be separate to a full work out so beginners can pick and choose easier rather than having to go through the whole workout to pick and show beginners how to start the exercise. Otherwise pretty amazing!

Lazy development of app, numerous issues that they just can’t be bothered to sort out and improve. 
1. Frequently logs you out for no reason
2. Has no option to turn off notifications - doesn’t even appear in the notification settings
3. When opening the app it stops your music from playing. 

4. (Probably the biggest issue) - no widget or wallet support, given how iPhones have evolved, having a widget with the QR code on would be a massive time saver, as….
5. The app loads extremely slowly and most people just use it for the QR code so make it easier to access. 
6. The QR code resets every few days and changes so you can’t even rely on using a screenshot of it.

I have just visited PureGym Wantage for the first time since it opened on Friday (13/12/24). I was greeted by Jordan who was friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Although I am new to PureGym, I am not new to working out in a gym. Jordan showed me round and answered all my questions. After having a year off the gym, I’m really looking forward to starting again in this brand new, relatively small gym :)
