The staff sometimes don’t know what is wrong themselves because it is not about the steps, it’s about the glitches and something going wrong in the process bc of the app. The app also glitches often and I still have to check in by calling someone and them looking me up in the system. Die App sollte professionell generalüberholt und in ein anständiges Severunternehmen investiert werden. Die Idee und das Konzept sind genial, aber extrem schlecht umgesetzt.
