J’ai essayé d’y rentrer a plusieurs reprises sa me dit que je n’ai pas accès car c’est pas le bon telephone. Ne faites pas des applications si c’est pour qu’elles fonctionnent très mal !

Das ist sehr schlecht, überhaupt keine Kundenorientierung. Wenn man auf ein Problem stößt, gibt es niemanden, der einem hilft. Ich habe bereits an alle Supportstellen und E-Mails geschrieben. Schade, die Fitnessstudios sind gut, aber ich werde wohl nach einem anderen Trainingsort suchen müssen.

Gym closure not adequately communicated, gym facilities in pretty poor state (half the lockers were broken for months), basically a self-service gym with one staff member who never seems to be there. Low hygiene. It’s cheap for a reason.

Katastrophal schlechtes UI, musste 5min suchen um herauszufinden, wo ich die Rechnung zahlen kann. Nicht unter "Konto", nicht unter "Buchungen", nicht unter "Mein Profil/Abonnements", nicht unter "meine Rechnungen... sondern unter "Mein Profil/Zahlungen/Schulden"! Wer hat sich dann das ausgedacht?!
Selbst der PureGym-Angestellte wusste nicht weiter, er meinte ich solle meine Bank anrufen, auch wenn ich ihm erklärt habe das meine Kreditkarten Limite noch bei weitem nicht erreicht habe... so lol ja, die Bank weiss bestimmt, wie das PureGym App funktioniert...
