Been a while no update and more and more ad is not blocking. Moved to other alternative and thanks for the past 2 years.
Once great app
It was great when it first came out. However, the app hasn’t seen any meaningful update of its databases ever since. Ads are slipping through on almost all websites.
Update to support iPhone X new display resolution

Works like a charm
Had the app for the past 2 years, never failed to block ads when using Safari on my phone. Worth the dollar I paid for back then. And the best part is, updates are still rolling in.

Probably the best ad-blocker out there right now.
Good
It's quite good judging from superficial testing of the safari browser blocking all if not most of the ads, allowing my data to be used more sparingly. Judging from how my battery life still maintain before and after installing, I think it does not actually take even 1% of my battery life throughout the whole day. Overall it's what you call a bonafide app that does not contain crap and with only one time payment.
Great app to speed up browsing, save data and reduce tracking
Purify is one of the newest apps taking advantage of iOS 9 content blocking extension. It works just as advertised: blocking ads and tracking (I chose not to block comments or resources such as web fonts). I could have made some measurements but the speed improvement can immediately be felt. It also has a whitelist feature to support your favourite ad-driven sites. I would like to see more transparency though. It could be better by presenting an on-page dialog (say, triggered by an action in the share sheet) about precisely which ads/trackers are blocked on the current page, just like Ghostery does on my computer, but this may be a limitation in the API. I would also encourage the author of this app to consider a patron model like Marco Arment's Overcast: occasionally I use the web inside Twitter or other third-party apps and then I realise how much Purify is helping me speeding up the web, and in those moments I would feel the need to support Purify even more. I'm generally against subscription-based business models, but I feel I would gladly shell out a few extra dollars each year to support Purify even more.
