## Purple Diary Reviews in United States

### ***** "Not working on Mac"
I do love the app and it wokrs great on my Iphone and Surface. I just downloaded it on my 2013 Macbook and all I get is a blank window.
-- 9.leo, 2024-12-03

### ****- "Nice diary"
I like this diary. I have all Apple products and my psychiatrist and therapist both recommended I start using a journal. No matter where I am, I can use this app and it syncs with my other device.

My only complaint is that I wish they would expand on the emojis for the feelings. Being Bipolar, it’s important for me to document the right emotion and I can’t always do that.
-- Jenna1221, 2024-05-08

### ***** "Easy to use"
I love how easy to excess the diary, very simple and I love simple
-- Otuafi, 2024-02-01

### ***** "great!"
this diary has helped me so much when i feel angry and when im sad i can come unleash it right there and im at a dark time in my life right now so this has been a blessing
-- Vblunt08, 2023-12-25

### ***** "so far so good!"
The Calendar will not seem to move to the next day and allow me to make an entry. When I've made an entry on a previous day.
I can click on entries and go back to calendar and it will move to the day I click on.
It's no big deal. just a side note.
I like the simplicity of it I just want to jot down my day's highlights
-- Coyotetooth, 2023-10-24

### ***** "Great! Use this app"
User friendly, streamline and free and even when I choose to purchase it is affordable.
-- hughiifhk, 2023-07-17

### **--- "I updated the app and lost all of my journal entries"
I really liked this app and was super excited to see the features of the new update, but when I logged in, I didn't see any of my journal entries and now I'm disheartened. I had such great things written out and now it's lost... I don't know how to get it back either. What happened to all of my entries?

Update to developers response:
Unfourtunally, your response is not only very late, but unhelpful. The only thing that I used on this app was a passcode to get into my dairy. Meaning, I don't believe I made an "account" on this app. I never sent information to whatever backup system you have for this app because I personally don't trust anything that can be hacked and used against me. Which has happened in the past and, I'm sure you would understand this, I still get spam and hackers calling and texting my phone religiously. So forgive me for not finding your response to my problem helpful or relevent. I won't be downloading this app again, which isn't against you or your app, and I'll have everything in a physical form for now on. You do not have to respond to this review, though I appreciate you taking the time to respond to my first review regardless. Thank you.
