## Push Up Reps Description
Break up your day with quick sets of push-ups, and feel your progress as your watch keeps score. Push Up Reps auto-counts every rep right on your Apple Watch, gives you audio and haptic cues so you never lose track, and keeps a running tally of your progress. It's the easiest way to build a push-up habit between meetings, coding sessions, or TV shows.

How it works:
Start a session with a single tap. Drop down, push away. Push Up Reps detects each rep using your Watch's motion sensors. No phone needed, no screen-watching, no manual counting. Just you and your reps.

Stay motivated:
- Set a daily rep target and watch the numbers add up across sessions. 
- Keep a streak alive. Hit your goal and the day counts; miss it and you start over. Turn streaks to stay committed.
- Challenge a friend. Cross your goal and fire off a scorecard by message: your total, your streak, and a motivating message.
- Put Push Up Reps on your watch face with seven complications! Your count or streak is always one glance away.
- After every set you get a scorecard: reps, duration, pace, and whether you just beat your personal best.
