Per chi non ama chiudersi in palestra e ritiene sufficiente usare il proprio corpo come strumento di esercizio . Un vero allenatore che ti accompagna passo dopo passo fino all’obiettivo sperato (anzi nel mio caso addirittura insperato .. mai avrei pensato di fare 100 flessioni) Consiglio di non “barare” e di partire da un livello principiante .. Nel mio caso , flessioni facilitate sulle ginocchia Facendo così , in 10 settimane, ho messo su un ottima base per affrontare le flessioni classiche , e pure con la tecnica corretta . Ora sono alla terza settimana del programma avanzato e viaggio che è un piacere . Nel frattempo il mio corpo si sta trasformando (ho già perso 6 kg senza modificare particolarmente la mia alimentazione). Nei giorni di pausa consiglio qualche sport aerobico per 40minuti/ un ora

L'applicazione è penosa. Non conta nemmeno le flessioni fatte. Non mostra gli esercizi di stretching imponendo di farli. Soldi buttati
