I wish the app continued past the 100 pushups. Once I made it to 100, I felt like I was ready to continue with more, but needed the guidance to do it.

I do the push-ups, then during the rest period I do the same number of sit-ups, then body-weight squats. After the rest period is over, repeat.

Great for beginners

This is an excellent program for a beginner who is unable to do push-ups or who is struggling to get through more than one set of push ups

It won’t let me change the number of push-ups I did. It just says I did 18 and there is no way to change that. So this is basically worthless

The best push-up app I’ve ever used! It provides the organization and I provide the discipline. I recommend this app without hesitation. Also, I’ve had a couple other apps by fitness. I’ve added a butt app, sit up app, and the pull up app. Thank you fitness!
