This app will get you in shape by gradually training you from 0 to 100 pushups in 10 weeks. You only need this app to guide & motivate you, and 20 minutes, 3 times a week, for 10 weeks. When you are done, you will be much stronger and have a much better looking body.

Misleading description - all it does is give you increments within 5 reps to build you up to 100 PUs - it does NOT train you to do 100 straight (which I what I wanted) - it’s not too difficult to do 5 x 20 reps, I’m looking to build my max consecutive reps, which unfortunately this does not do despite the description.
