It is straight to the point with built in rests. Each workout is designed to slowly increase your ability. To make the workout more or less difficult you can choose how you want to do your push-ups. For example: I am not that strong atm so I am choosing to do each workout from my knees and to get a more isolated workout between each side of my body I have one arm pushed out to one side more to give my closer arm a harder workout. -- Nmarble007, 2023-06-14 ### ***** "Great push up app" Easy to use. I like how you can level up with progress. Gets the job done. -- Agharta2, 2023-03-28 ### ***** "So good" After finishing it I could do push ups -- emmersyyn, 2023-02-23 ### **--- "Needs to deal better incomplete days" To the developers: if you are working this program, you are, inevitably, going to hit a sticking point and have to repeat a workout until you can complete it. The app needs to deal with this. I should be able to attempt a workout, record what I was able to do, have the app keep track, and not remind me the next day to workout again. In other words, there needs to be something between “I never even attempted this workout” and “I successfully completed all reps and all sets and I ready to move to the next day”. -- Oge Vader, 2022-10-07 ### *---- "Trial offer is a bait and switch" Instead of getting two weeks free it charged me immediately. Now apps won’t sync even though iCloud is activated for the app. What a scam. -- Mus3M@ker, 2022-04-28 ### **--- "Pay wall" Everything after the first 2 weeks is being be a paywall. -- bbarbbart, 2022-04-16 ### *---- "Totally not worth the money" The concept is good, but after the 3 rd week or so it is $9.99/month. Sure, supposedly you get all their apps, but guess what. Not everyone wants all the apps. Get a clue Zen. Your most recent reviews are horrible for a reason… -- Ittano, 2022-02-05 ### ***** "Good app!"
