It’s a great work out app.
It apply’s 6 weeks on there push up app “lite”
Witch is like a preview allowing you to experience the app.
You can fallow the starting amount of push ups the app already has set.
Or if your a pro then you can set your own amount of reps.
It doesn’t give you different push up positions.so that could be a great upgrade.
I have completed 6 weeks on there “lite” app and I saw results so I purchased the pro and it was worth my money and my time I can keep enjoying my work out ruteans.
