Pushups Extreme: 200 Push ups workout trainer XT Pro

Been following the programme fora few weeks and really enjoying it

Tough going but worth it!!!

The best push up app I've found and I've tried a few. If you have motivation and just need guidance on workout days, number of push-ups and reps then this is for you. I've had great results so far and am up to 128 with ease. Highly recommend it.

I've downloaded many work out app and found that none of them are hard enough but this is not the case for this app. The layout is clear and very user friendly. I would strongly recommend this app if you're looking for more on your workouts!!!

Awesome, increases amount of push-ups at a nice rate. What is really annoying to see is people complaining about it being too difficult, there's a reason, it's because you already need to be fairly competent, otherwise there is another app, made by this same developer, that gets you to that level. There's a reason this is called push-ups xtreme and the beginner one is just called push-ups

Very good app. Makes you do a lot of push ups. Push ups are the forgotten old school underestimated exercise.

You have to be able to do 20 push ups to start the programme, so forget it if, like me, you can't do one. Not difficult to add a beginner element, but in the meantime if you are a beginner, look elsewhere.

Please update this app. It doesn’t work with latest ios

Looks like I paid for an app that’s still being developed. Can’t get in using my email OR fb.

Just paid and downloaded this app and it’s not working. Can’t register or get into the App at all. Not cool.
