## PVR Sri Lanka Reviews in Sri Lanka

### *---- "App not working"
Downloaded thrice thinking I might have done something wrong. App never worked. Please fix this or please remove this app from the store.
-- Ishan0018, 2025-12-17

### *---- "Not Working"
Not loading and getting a msg saying app not working in your region. Directs to App Store but nothing to update. Totally down now
-- Itgfgjng, 2025-12-12

### **--- "UI is inconsistent"
This is a very simple app, but it cannot do even simple things correctly! Is this app designed by people who hate programming? They cannot even get the UI right, hilarious
-- Mando@88, 2025-12-05

### *---- "Can’t do the payment"
It doesn’t work all the time…can’t click on pay icon…sometimes, getting unknown errors !
-- User2025 404, 2025-06-29

### *---- "Can’t get a app working in Sri Lanka"
Why is this app never works in Sri Lanka?
-- Thilanka, 2025-06-01

### *---- "Extremely Disappointing Experience"
I attempted to use both the website and the app, but neither functioned properly. Initially, I couldn't receive the OTP; after several attempts, I finally got it, but the payment wouldn't process. I tried reaching out for support, but that also proved ineffective. Overall, this has been a highly frustrating experience.
-- Navoddi, 2025-05-31

### *---- "It doesn’t allow Card Payments"
Unable to pay through the app. It gives an error message when tried to pay for the selected seats. It’s been there for a while and how come developers doesn’t fix this bug for this long???
-- Wara49, 2025-05-07

### *---- "Worst booking app"
When the booking was not successful due to app issue, the reserved seats are not showing as available. I can’t rebook the same seats. I faced this thing now for the second time.
-- LakshanMR, 2025-03-01

### *---- "Unable to book"
This app is just pure garbage. Unable to make payment. (I have tried multiple cards from multiple banks credit/debit and verified my cards are working) It’s just not working for this trash app.
-- Sheenmax, 2025-01-04

### *---- "Worst App"
Utter rubbish. OTP and Payment portal does work.
