### *---- "Worst app"
Worst app.. they cancelled food from their end refunded amount to their wallet not to original payment. Worst customer service. Pattillengil ittech podey…. Enin Ee panik nikkne
-- hassansafwan, 2022-11-29

### *---- "Non responsive customer care"
The app was just ok, though there are more bugs. However what’s more disappointing is that they don’t have any resolution desk for the complaints raised, no option for complaint tickets etc.
after your order through Pykin app they just ignore you regardless if it is from partner restaurant or from own cloud kitchen(atleast they must take care of this). So ordering from app is fine but any problem arise don’t expect them to respond
