Die App „Python Editor“ sah auf den ersten Blick vielversprechend aus und funktionierte früher gut. Man konnte die Anzeige für die Pro-Erweiterung einfach wegklicken und die Gratisversion normal nutzen. Doch nun gibt es ein schwerwiegendes Problem: Die ständige Aufforderung, die Pro-Version zu kaufen, lässt sich nicht mehr entfernen. Dadurch wird die Gratisversion der App komplett blockiert und ist praktisch unbenutzbar.

Es ist enttäuschend, dass dieses Problem, das früher nicht bestand und leicht durch ein Update behoben werden könnte, nicht wieder Rückgängig gemacht wird. Die App wäre eine großartige Lösung für Programmierer, wenn dieser Fehler behoben würde. Bis dahin kann ich sie leider nicht empfehlen.

### **--- "Pay £4 a week before even trying this app!!"
I automatically give two stars to any app which demands money upfront before letting me try it. It’s true that they will give you a three day trial, but you still have to agree to pay if you forget to cancel before the three days is up. ForgetToCancelWare is a scam by Apple with the ageeement of the developer to keep taking money from people who fail to cancel apps they never wanted. 

I have no idea whether I’ll like programming on Python.  I certainly won’t know after 3 days with a full time job.  I could manage max of about 1 hour a week.   Maybe I’ll know in a couple of months, but I’m not paying 4quid plus taxes every week to find out
