Description
Q-Health APPは九州大学が開発した、大学生向けメンタルヘルスアプリです。精神科医である梶谷康介准教授の監修のもと、九州大学の学生(当時)がビジュアルデザインを担当しました。本アプリの開発は、試作品を大学生に実際に使用してもらい、ブラッシュアップを重ねて完成に至りました。このように「ユーザー(大学生)目線」で作成されたメンタルヘルスアプリは世界でも類がありません。本アプリには、1.毎日の食欲、運動、睡眠、気分を記録する「きろく」、2.心の病をスクリーニングする「しんだん」、3.過去1週間分の「きろく」をもとに助言を与える「マイカルテ」、4.マップアプリと連動して相談先を表示する「そうだん」の4つの機能があります。大学生のメンタルヘルス支援に役立てば幸いです。なお、「そうだん」機能の一部は九州大学生のみを対象としております。
