I have been asked to write a review. Although I managed to leave the car park successfully in Brindley Place, I couldn’t pay for it because my credit card had expired. I knew this, and was unable to change the method of payment. When I got home, an hour later, I was still unsuccessful in registering two cards, but managed to register two others, one of which I managed to pay.
Hardly a seemless experience, which is their desire.

Let me in ok but could not get out, no attendant about so had to phone a number and the guy let me out, then had to call again as it didn’t register I’d left and I was still paying. One more chance then I’m deleting the app

2nd time I’ve Parked with Q Park , 1st time was in Manchester which was great. This time I pre booked  for Leeds but went to the wrong car park ( 2 parks close together ) but my fault . Therefore charged twice . I phoned up to get a refund , need now to send a screenshot of credit card charge , hopefully they will process the refund positively. The Albion St car park needs better signage inside the park both directionally& at which level your on. All in all a positive experience hopefully I get the refund.

Poor to configure and setup, poor to operate and frequently doesn’t connect, complains there is no internet access when the phone does.
The number plate recognition works gets you into the car park in your car, but without access on the app you can’t get back into the car park again using the QR code.
The credit card setup doesn’t work in app, have to open into Safari. Why can’t it use Apple Pay for simplicity? And who designed it so the app and website details don’t sync. Crazy.

Used the app and number recognition to park last weekend. Everything went very smoothly and it was much better than pre-booking and guessing how much time you needed.
