Improve your mobility and strength in key areas just like our Olympic champions! Learn what could be slowing you down, and be guided how to improve from Australian Swimming Physiotherapist - Tom Barton. To go faster, swimmers need to minimise their drag forces whilst maximising power generation. The Q Swim app helps you assess, track and address body position out of the pool in order to improve performance in the pool. A key feature of the Q Swim app, is the ability to quickly measure and compare swim screen photos with an “ideal example”. Coaches and athletes can identify particular restrictions out of the water, and correlate these with issues they are having in the water. Coach and swimmer can then use this information to select an appropriate intervention that aims to improve this restriction. The success of the intervention can be reviewed using the same feature on the app. With improved position and awareness, the athlete’s body is optimised for training and competition, leading to improved performance and less injury. Users of the app can create and download customised pre-swim warm-up routines that target the entire body across 4 different challenge levels. By introducing the relevant pre-swim routine, an athlete will develop improved body position and control on land and this will readily transfer into the water. The app will continue to deliver the best and most up-to-date educational resources, covering topics like coaching, physiotherapy, physiology, and skill acquisition. It worked great for awhile but now the app doesn’t work. I try to open PDFs, adjust my account info, and nothing loads. I would update my review and renew account status if the app began working again. -- swimcoachjim, 2024-07-22 ### *---- "Unable to register" Have tried multiple times to register, unable to get past the Home Screen as the dots just keep spinning…have tried to email them directly but so far have not yet received a response. -- pippinrabbit, 2022-03-01 ### *---- "Worthless" How can I even evaluate this app if I can’t even get past intro screens? Birthday is filled in and not editable. Wants a parent email but I’m 58 years old. And can’t get to next screen unless you fill useless info. -- LoganSixSeven, 2021-09-05 ### ***** "Awesome" Awesome app with informative videos for us physios to use. If you're a serious swimmer this is the app you need to download. -- Calnhbs, 2019-04-10 [View all Q Swim reviews and detailed analytics on AppTail](https://app.apptail.io/signup?utm_campaign=ai-crawl&utm_content=reviews) ## Q Swim In-App Purchases | Item | Price | |------|-------| | Yearly Subscription | $11.99 | | Monthly Subscription | $0.99 | ## Apps Similar to Q Swim - [TMA Attendance Tracking](https://apptail.io/app/tma-attendance-tracking-yXPf/united-states) - [Academy Plus](https://apptail.io/app/academy-plus-tDWf/united-states) - [CoachSG](https://apptail.io/app/coachsg-Dmnr/united-states) - [Swim Smooth](https://apptail.io/app/swim-smooth-AMTu/united-states) - [Hebrew Worship](https://apptail.io/app/hebrew-worship-Ovgw/united-states) - [EnggIn60 – AI Study Buddy](https://apptail.io/app/enggin60-ai-study-buddy-jvVw/united-states) - [pickacampus](https://apptail.io/app/pickacampus-YREz/united-states) - [Bird Watch Identifier](https://apptail.io/app/bird-watch-identifier-JYxA/united-states) ## Q Swim Available In - [United States](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/united-states) - [Australia](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/australia) - [New Zealand](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/new-zealand) - [United Kingdom](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/united-kingdom) - [Switzerland](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/switzerland) - [Chile](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/chile) - [Colombia](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/colombia) - [Ecuador](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/ecuador) - [Egypt](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/egypt) - [Hong Kong SAR China](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/hong-kong) - [India](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/india) - [Japan](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/japan) - [Kuwait](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/kuwait) - [Mexico](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/mexico) - [Malaysia](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/malaysia) - [Norway](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/norway) - [Russia](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/russia) - [Saudi Arabia](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/saudi-arabia) - [Singapore](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/singapore) - [Senegal](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/senegal) - [Thailand](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/thailand) - [Türkiye](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/turkey) - [Taiwan](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/taiwan) - [United Arab Emirates](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/united-arab-emirates) - [South Africa](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/south-africa) - [Brazil](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/brazil) - [Belarus](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/belarus) - [Canada](https://apptail.io/app/q-swim-VIWf/canada) --- ## About AppTail [AppTail](https://apptail.io) is a mobile app intelligence platform providing app analytics, ASO (App Store Optimization) tools, keyword tracking, competitor analysis, revenue estimates, and review monitoring for iOS App Store apps.
