The points balance on the main screen of the app is incorrect and is not synced with the actual points balance when you go into my QFF section. There is a lag. Needs fixing.

Also, there should be a dark mode, there is a reason some people run their system and most apps in dark mode (easier on the eyes)

Tried to book extra leg room seat, enter in CC detailed and said email was wrong. There was no email field and I was logged in anyway. Have been getting emails with no problems
Then tried to upgrade to business with points and cash. Said max point was 3300 but wouldn’t let you add anything but 0.
Pointless app as it just takes you to web pages which don’t work

Flight search page does not work. Every time after entering flight destination and dates and pressing search, you will be stuck on a loading page forever. This has been the case for the past two months. I’m a frequent flyer and this makes booking flights in the go very difficult. This is with an iPhone.

Given the positive ratings I must be missing something, but the app requires my login each time I want to do anything it offers, even in the same session - book a flight, check in, seat allocation, check in return, seat allocation return - all require a new login with SMS verification!

The app has improved, but is becoming far too complex. Please try to focus on your main business of flights and stop trying to upsell at every opportunity. One very annoying habit the app has is hijacking screen brightness - I don’t want to have reset my screen brightness every time I open the QF app. Developers please fix this.
