Wifi too slow

In flight wifi is very slow. 15 minutes to download the app and when it’s finally downloaded the wifi is too slow to use it. Why bother.

Qantas service is still rubbish

3 hour flight delays and no staff around.

Slay capybara all day

I love it bc you can watch all the movies you have to pay for on other apps it’s amazing

Cannot get captions or subtitles to work

Despite having its own separate section captioned films won’t play unless headphones are connected to a device what an ablest oversight. Why on earth would I currently own headphones or at least bring the on a flight.

Don’t bother

Organise your own entertainment. App didn’t work the last 3 flights. Don’t waste your time.

Fantastic App!

Such a thoughtfully designed app, possibly one of the best experiences on an airline entertainment app.

Useless without earphones

Yes that’s right, if you don’t have headphones the app won’t work, no way to have no sound and subtitles, imagine being a deaf customer, you can’t get any entertainment at all, because what deaf person would own earphones. Also why provide earphones on flight, but no way to Bluetooth or use a USB charging cable to connect the sound to your seat.

Useless

2 flights in 2 days. Connect, select the movie, watch three ads, crash, reset the app, select the movie, watch the same three ads, crash.

Unusable

Latest app version running on iPhone 15 Pro Max. All this app does is serve up ads (which it does very reliably). When the ads have finished and it is time to actually play something the app immediately crashes, forcing you to open it up again and sit through the same ads again just to end up crashing again. Eventually gave up and uninstalled it. Completely pointless to have it on my phone.

Will not run with bluetooth earphones

App will not play a movie if earphones are not plugged into the device. Most earphones now are bluetooth, appreciate if Qantas would remove block.
