UX is clunky, balances make no sense and not accurate to history. No link to loyalty or to show when the 100k points are transferred. Surprising for Qantas to allow such a poor app in comparison to the rest of Qantas apps. -- Shoey9, 2026-05-05 ### **--- "App does the basics - but customer chat and support is a black hole that gets occasional responses" This app is an improvement on the very dated website that was previously the only way to manage a mortgage. However the support chat function is a joke. For example I sent a message regarding a payment issue on 23rd December and the first reply from the bank was on 31st Dec. I responded immediately and I’m still waiting for someone to reply. So in the course of 10 days I’ve had a single response from the bank, despite me sending follow-up chats every day since the 23rd.
