Setup is like Groundhog Day
Every time I go to use the app I have to go through the login setup process again. This is getting old fast.

Every time I go to use the app I have to go through the login setup process again. This is getting old fast.
The amount of times I’ve had to delete, reinstall, set up pin etc is ludicrous. They really need to get their act together!
Logging into my super used to be simple, but not anymore. This app does have a simple 4-digit pin setup to login, but it constantly requires resetting in order to work. This has happened now 3 times in the last week. The login process used to be simple, but was changed to this ridiculous system. The superfund also no longer performs as well as others. Look for another super fund if you can afford to.
Every time I try to look at my balance, the app makes me log in, set up my pin, enable biometric long in, enable quick view, etc. And after going through the steps, it then often “can’t find my account info/balance”. Incredibly frustrating!!
Logging into my account use to be simple. Things have changed now. I have to reset my login password constantly, and if I am lucky enough to be able to login, I have found that my account is not avail due Maintenance (twice now out of 3 login attempts). All this security for an account that can’t be accessed until I am over 60! Well done.
This is a very frustrating app. After logging in and creating a pin and face id it deactivates after a few days and asks you to go through the whole process of logging in again. Face ID never seems to work. It also does not work with Saved passwords on my iPhone, you need to manually retype username and password every time.
The app still requires your email to logon! Hard to navigate. Not intuitive
The app is good but most of the links in the My Account Activity are broken and lead to the following message: SORRY, THERE HAS BEEN A GLITCH PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER The page may be down for scheduled maintenance or the servers are having trouble communicating. It’s a temporary problem and we’re working to fix it. We apologise for any inconvenience. If you need the information urgently, please call our helpline.
