By far the worst app. I have given up using it on my phone and manage bookings through my laptop. There is always a technical glitch that I can’t seem to get past. Extremely disappointed considering the high quality associated with the QA brand
Constantly having to log in, and get OTPs, makes the app frustrating to use.
Got ads and the app showed discount for booking through app, nothing got applied. Customer care wasn’t able to help.
I flew business class Montreal to Dubai and right from the moment I walked up to the gate the service began. Priority boarding and shown my seat. Drinks offered, introductions made. Q suites are the only way to go. Great space, comfortable sleeping, huge tv selection and great food. The attention to detail with the food presentation went above and beyond. The stewards were very friendly and attentive and left me wanting for nothing. Bathrooms were cleaned continuously throughout the flight. The layover in the beautiful first class lounge in Doha was well worth the visit with direct boarding from the lounge. Well done Qatar, you did not disappoint.
This app has an error where one cannot update their passport number, and therefore cannot check into their flight.

We always fly Business Class with Emirates because we've heard it's the best. However, this time we tried Qatar Airways, and we had a very disappointing experience. The AC was not cooling enough during our return flight from Doha to Dallas, making it feel quite hot. When we pressed the help button, the response was always delayed. Additionally, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working on both legs of our journey—from Chicago to Doha and returning from Doha to Dallas. As a businessman, this was particularly frustrating because I couldn't respond to emails, which left my entire business at a standstill. It's baffling why one would book Business Class for business purposes only to experience such inadequate services from Qatar Airways. To make matters worse, the flight information from Doha to Dallas was not functioning, the food menu needs improvement, and they should also enhance their beer selection. Lastly, they didn’t provide white blanket sheets for sleeping.
This app has probably most bugs in any app on appstore. Cant change password, cant put in details and such a slow app in general. Qatar needs to fix it.
