I have iPhone 6 and am unable to use the app though am a member, what’s the solution for that?
Customer service is the worst I have seen. Their line does not connect, the customer support closed the line before they answered my question, and they were extremely rude on the phone. Better to go with emirates airlines in my opinion.
Please make app iPad friendly so we can use it on the iPad.
