### *---- "Concern Regarding Check-in Handling and Seat Allocation"
I traveled yesterday with my family, including an infant and a child, and faced some difficulties at check-in counter 7 (afternoon of the 19th).

I was refused to check in my hand baggage despite explaining that managing multiple bags with children was difficult. The interaction became uncomfortable, and I chose not to continue the discussion as I was fasting.

Additionally, our seats were assigned separately, which caused inconvenience as we had to request other passengers to adjust during the flight so we could sit together.

At the boarding gate, another staff member later offered to check in my bags without any issue, which showed inconsistency in service.

As a privileged member, I expected a more understanding and coordinated approach, especially when traveling with family. While the rest of the flight was fine, this experience was disappointing.

The staff at the counter included Lyndon and another member (name possibly Neuome).

I hope this is addressed to improve future experiences

would like to express my deepest gratitude to the incredible cabin crew of Qatar Airways.On 8th January 2026, I accidentally left my bag at the immigration center at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport. It was a very stressful and worrying moment for me, and I truly did not know how I would recover it.Your kindness, patience, and immediate willingness to help made all the difference. You reassured me, guided me, and went above and beyond to support me during that difficult moment. Because of your compassion and professionalism, I was able to recover my bag and regain my peace of mind.
I also want to sincerely commend your premium, world-class service standards. The dedication, attention to detail, and genuine hospitality you demonstrate clearly reflect the excellence behind your rapid growth and reputation as a 5-star airline. It is truly impressive to witness such high standards consistently delivered with warmth and care.
