1. BOOK FLIGHTS

With the tap of a finger, find and book flights to enchanting destinations around the world. If you are undecided, you can hold your booking along with the guaranteed fare for up to 72 hours, for a minimum fee. Booking flights through our mobile app also streamlines the process, allowing you to enter your travel details by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport.

2. COMPLEMENT YOUR JOURNEY

Enhance your journey with an array of additional services. Through our mobile app, you can purchase extra baggage as well as book lounge access, meet and greet services, hotel stays and car rental.

3. MANAGE YOUR BOOKING

Manage your booking conveniently through our mobile app, by adding your booking to “My Trips”. Once added, the app will help you keep track of every step throughout your journey. “My Trips” also allows you to seamlessly change your seat and meal preferences, modify your flight details and much more.

4. CHECK IN

Check in through our mobile app by simply pointing your mobile phone camera at your passport. Choose your seat, view/save your boarding pass and use the fast-bag-drop counters at the airport to check in your bags.

5. GET FLIGHT STATUS NOTIFICATIONS

Through our mobile app, you can request arrival and departure information on all Qatar Airways flights, and receive updated information on the status of your flight directly on your mobile phone, via SMS.

6. FIND EXCLUSIVE OFFERS

Through our mobile app, you can check our special fares for flying to the destinations you have longed to visit. You will always find the same fare available on the website at the time of search (and sometimes, you may even find reduced fares when booking through our mobile app).

7. MAKE THE MOST OF PRIVILEGE CLUB

Through our mobile app, Privilege Club members can easily view account details on their dashboard, use the My Calculator to check Avios and Qpoints that can be earned on flights, claim missing Avios on past flights, communicate with the Privilege Club member service centre, and much more.

Boarding staff

The boarding staff has a problem in the way they deal with travelers and they are not very cooperative.

Application issue

The app need enhancement since long time i’m not able to view profile settings it keeps showing issue screen, payment of apple pay once i’m done it give’s me an error screen and the payment is deducted i shall close the full app and re-open or wait 15 min to find my booking even it showed me error in process.

Needs much more improvement

I’m confused as to how this app wins awards. I frequently use Emirates and AA airline apps much better experience. Changes to make this better to name a few: 1. Ability to view in flight menu - Currently this is not possible to view in flight menu, whereas on Emirates I can easily see that 2. Updates on gate numbers and carousels to pick up the bags - again many apps have this feature this is non existent here 3. Glitchy in seat selection - Qatar app feels like a website in an app, so difficult to select seats 4. Having to re-login even though page shows you are on the booking - For example, when I want to change a flight, I go all the way to the calendar then all of a sudden it asks me to relogin? Then I have to terminate everything logout and log back in again. What is this? 5. Navigating boarding passes - So hard to open a boarding pass, unlike other apps, it’s easy especially for connecting flights

One time Password

I am trying to log in to my account through the app and it says authenticating by sending an OTP. The OTP never sent. Please fix. This is ridiculous. If you can’t deliver then do not put this restrictions. I need to log in!!!!!!!!!!

Worse airline in customer service ever

Booked through Qatar airlines app. They had us on another airline and we had to retrieve our bags. Bagge took foreverrrrr like over an hour and Qatar airways made us pay to rebook. This airline is a scam and all they do is steal peoples money. Book with someone else please

Seat selection loading issues

Your system failed twice to load seats for selection. Had to retry thrice to reserve ticket.

Senseless Airline - Jacked up reviews

They cancelled my connecting flight to India. First time it ever happened when I travelled internationally. They over book and don’t care about customers. The nomination process of family process is too complicated. They don’t accept legal documents like passport but they need a birth certificate which is ridiculous. Who carries a birth certificate for god’s sake.
