Manage Your Professional Journey with the Official Qcon App

The Qcon App is the official workforce and recruitment platform of Qatar Engineering & Construction Company W.L.L. (Qcon).

Designed to support both employees and selected job candidates, the app provides secure access to HR services, document management, and official company communication.

For Employees
Secure Login & Profile

Access your employment profile using your Employee ID. View and update personal, contact, and emergency details securely.

Digital Document Hub

View and upload important documents such as Passport, Qatar ID, employment contracts, and certifications directly to HR.

Leave & Travel Management

Apply for leave, attach required travel documents, and track approval status. Access your travel history easily.

Payroll & Financials

Access monthly payslips and submit reimbursement requests with invoice uploads.

Requests & Appointments

Submit allowance requests, book management appointments, and confidentially raise grievances.

Company Services

Request transport, view project allocation history, and access camp services information.

Compliance & Training

Track visa/residency details, safety certifications, and receive expiry notifications.

Direct Communication

Use in-app messaging to communicate securely with HR and administrative departments.

For Recruitment Candidates

The Qcon App also supports international recruitment campaigns.

Selected candidates may be provided with a temporary Candidate ID to:

• Submit CVs and required onboarding documents
• Upload identification and supporting paperwork
• Receive official communication from Qcon
• Track recruitment updates and required actions
