Plz fix this issue I'm not getting the Pop up animation on my iphone i use the Qcy Hto5 Melobuds Anc Exillent aibuds really pleased with the product💗 Just plz fix this issue

This app is completely rubbish.!!! Its works fine couple of hours, but then its showing “Request is abnormal” But I think the developer who made it “he is the abnormal” Fix the bugs idiot.

The earbuds it self is magnificent, DO NOT doubt it.but the app is little bit challenging and does not have a equalizer system and is consist of some regular music branches like pop or rock or etc.it definitely could have done alot more better than this

This app always ask log in. Am I need sell my account to China ? Please stop it. I like QCY products. But don't agree to your stupid app is good enough to control your produts. You never explained why QCY need to log in. Stop it. Just remove stupid log in.

New version have a bug that close app suddenly after a few second and dont have any new feature !!! Please fix bug and develope new feature to get back market

While the app provides a generous number of settings(including an EQ, tap control customization, and ANC modes), changing any of them requires an internet connection. EQ profiles are not editable(you need to create a new entry if you want to adjust levels after first initialization), dark mode is absent, and the UI is a bit janky, but the MeloBuds Pro sound good enough that most of the app-related drawbacks can be stomached. Hope to see them remove the always-on data requirement and add a bit of polish so I can update my rating to 5 stars!

I use QCY GT2 smart watch. It cant detect my sleep , when i tested on android app it worked fine. You should update the bug.

Features, equaliser etc are good but the software needed to be offline. No cap
