## QFC Reviews in United States

### ***-- "Useful app but it crashes a lot"
The app is easy to use and its handy to apply digital coupons. The problem is it freezes and crashes a lot on the iPad.
-- tinac1, 2024-12-20

### *---- "Poor user experience"
It feels as if the entire purpose of this app and coupon system is to help the company track user behavior and increase profits (and nothing more). There was exactly zero times when I found this app convenient, intuitive, or otherwise encouraged me to shop at QFC. It is literally detracting me from shopping at this place.
-- Terence2023, 2024-12-07

### *---- "App is broken."
Congrats they updated the app… and fixed absolutely nothing. I have to create a whole new account every single time I want to place a pick up order because if I don’t it makes me select the store I already have selected and just gets stuck in an infinite loop of making me select the store. For a company with this much money there is no excuse for glitches like this to persist for more than a week.
-- iHypnotiic, 2024-11-15

### *---- "Waste and worthless"
I was a caregiver and every single caregiver, and every single check out person in the stores complained vigorously about how worthless and stupid this app is and they just went ahead and always gave us the digital price because the apps on our phones wouldn’t read our cards wouldn’t accept our phone numbers or anything. When you have a manager of a store warning customers not to use your ridiculous product you should be ashamed of yourselves.
-- Zee Green, 2024-11-02

### ***-- "Coupons 😡"
Can the app just auto-clip the coupons for me or have a button to clip all at once? There’s hundreds of coupons a week!
-- bob hellbringer, 2024-10-26

### *---- "Check out"
For some reason why i try to check out it will not let me check out. I just downloaded this app
-- April kayeeee, 2024-09-26

### *---- "Removed ability to search ads"
DO NOT UPDATE!

It was very useful to search ads. This was removed in the most recent update. App developers should bring this back.
-- Yxlbar, 2024-09-10

### *---- "Poorly made app"
Even on fast internet connections, the app is slow to load. The search engine is terrible, putting result with direct match for search terms below spurious results. Often the QFC app will try to tell me I need to switch apps because the QFC location selected is not a QFC location. Seems to think it’s the Kroger or or their brand app. Overall the app is clearly the work of either poorly paid outside contractor or an understaffed internal team. A great example of how large mergers just bring bad decisions to larger scales
-- bltsndwch, 2024-09-08

### **--- "Setup and Pharmacy access cumbersome"
I tried setting up the app on my phone and found it very time consuming for basic activation with multiple authentications required, then had to do the same thing to access the Qfc pharmacy. Now when I try to open it, it does not recognize iOS face recognition nor does it save the PW even after checking the “stay logged in box” so I have to re—enter my UID and PW each time. If I log into the base Qfc app and want to see if a prescription is ready, it makes me log in again (is prescriptions a different app?). Somewhat confusing. Note that most all of my apps on my phone do not behave this way (allow me to save PW in Apple locker and/or enable face authentication).
-- M Rob, 2024-08-29

### *---- "Forces you to update and doesn’t allow you to use it"
The app works great until the developers restricts it from being opened unless you update it. So of you’re not around wifi or low on data, good luck using the app. 0/5 stars.
