Background downloading doesn’t work (yes I have background app refresh on), if you leave the app for any reason it drops your file download and then when you go back, it starts the file from the beginning again, never resumes where it left off or where the app crashed. Just having your service change from 4G to 5G can cause a file to stop downloading. This is a serious issue when you are downloading large files!
Works well when it works. But my iPhone 14 Pro gets very hot using it and it regularly crashes so I have to open and browse back to my folders again
Unfortunately this app must be actively running on screen to upload files and can't be run in the background still to upload large videos. Works fine otherwise.
Like QNAPs other apps this one has promise but is clunky to use. I’ve got it to transfer my photos to a backup folder and it works but it’s a little tricky to understand the process. And for example it doesn’t allow you to name files when you upload them to the NAS. You have to upload, dig for the file (recent folders would help), find the file, and rename. I’m finding I use it to quickly dump files into a temp folder on my NAS then use a PC to clean up and sort later as it’s much quicker.
Please bring this feature back in.
Finally the app is blazing fast
Yay, the app finally supports the 11” iPad Pro’s native resolution.
When browsing folders on my nas Qfile will randomly just close, leaving me to have to manually log in again and navigate back to where I was. Happens regularly enough that it’s a problem. Encounter it the most when I’m switching between multiple directories in a session. I’m on the latest IOS version. Very annoying please fix.
Simple function like rotating a photo is missing!
Please add iPad Pro screen support and split screen support
