Sorry to bother you but I have no choice. Since 1 month I am facing challenge in viewing video’s on Qfile pro app it gives error the “This video doesn’t support online playback or doesn’t exist”. Sometimes it plays, but mostly it gives the above error.
Can’t view my folders anymore with the new update!
UPDATE: QNAP have released an updated app and it works perfectly again! Thank you QNAP and thanks for a superb & & responsive team! Have used QFile for over a year without any issues, and it's been a great app paired to my QNAP NAS unit. But the latest version of the app (as at 5th July) now crashes immediately on opening the app. I'm using iPhone 6s Plus with iOS10.3.2. Sorry to raise this issue within the review section, but I didn't immediately see how to contact you otherwise.
