Good system, poor app

I like the desktop version of QGenda but the phone application is frustrating to use. It logs me out regularly, shut downs unexpectedly, freezes, does not let me scroll through the calendar easily.

Login issues

App always asks for biometric vs other sign in options for the past year or so. I always choose biometric but it always requires me to input my email every time regardless of what I choose, then the password then still bounces me back to the same screen to input the password option. Annoying.

Terrible

The most clunky difficult to use scheduling app I have ever worked with.

Glitchy iOS app

Good scheduling package overall, but the smartphone app is full of issues. Current examples— Is very poor at keeping the current schedule view open when I switch to another app (ie my calendar, to check something about a shift swap or off request etc.) Also, the commands for the view “by task” vs “by staff” often have the opposite results of what they say— click “by staff” and it shows you the list alphabetized by staff last name etc.

Clunky

It works but log in is weird at times, flow is okay, needs more options to see schedules, make swaps overall gets a "meh"

New edition glitched on schedule view

Don’t upgrade! The new version automatically makes you view the schedule by staff instead of by task or how you previously left it. Insanely annoying. Avoid updating it!!

Very user friendly, and easy to use once we had our training!

There is a need for scheduling application in this space. Just don’t know if this is the app? Always glitchy at a very high level

Poor interface

Very poor layout and confusing design. Buttons do not work for me. I have to request time off twice for a full day off am and pm? Ridiculous
