I have faced recurring problems when trying to manage appointments. The staff is rigid, unhelpful, and appears more concerned with strictly following internal, inflexible processes than assisting the patient. My requests, even simple ones, are often met with resistance, which creates unnecessary hassle and frustration every single time I interact with them. It feels as though the front desk is actively troubling the patients and is more focused on keeping themselves 'safe' by forcing patients to strictly conform to their protocols, rather than providing the kind of supportive, efficient service expected of a healthcare provider. The administrative side of this clinic is unprofessional, inflexible, and dramatically lowers the quality of the entire patient journey. I strongly advise the management to address the severe deficiencies in their administrative training and customer service protocols. I can do follow along exercise video from app. -- Harmit R, 2025-09-19 ### *---- "Nightmare experience!" One of the worst healthcare experiences I’ve ever had was with Qi Spine. The entire system feels bogus. Even after completing my sessions, I never felt any relief or comfort. Whenever I raised complaints, there was no proper response or change in treatment. The so-called “treatments” are very basic, and if you tell them your pain isn’t improving, they simply blame you. The doctors and staff were often rude and dismissive. I went to the Noida Sector 18 clinic, and the assigned doctor didn’t seem to be in the right frame of mind to help me as a patient. Appointments are another nightmare – they will happily fix your slot for 8 a.m., but the clinic itself opens later. That’s somehow acceptable, but if you’re late by even 5 minutes, they’ll start calling you and cut short your treatment time. Some of my sessions were over in just 20 minutes, and when I questioned it, they told me all treatments are “only 15 minutes long.” During enrollment, they make big promises with fancy claims, but once you’ve paid for 20 sessions, you practically don’t exist. The whole model runs on aggressive social media marketing, bringing in excess customers, but the doctors have no time or interest to actually attend to patients with care. If you are genuinely in pain, please don’t fall for this trap. It will only add unnecessary stress.
