## QiFood Description
Die Ernährung nach den 5 Elementen ist die Übertragung der chinesischen Ernährunglehre, einem Bestandteil der Traditionellen Chinesischen Medizin (TCM), auf die in westlichen Ländern übliche Ernährung und die dort verbreiteten Lebensmittel. Ihren Namen hat sie von den fünf Elementen erhalten, die in der TCM eine Rolle spielen: Holz, Feuer, Erde, Metall und Wasser.
Die QiFood iPhone App bietet Ihnen die Möglichkeit Informationen zu den Eigenschaften und Wirkungen von fast 240 Nahrungsmitteln immer dabei zu haben, egal ob beim Einkaufen, in der Küche oder Unterwegs im Urlaub.
Die Daten zu 60 Nahrungsmitteln erhalten Sie kostenlos mit der App, Informationen zu den weiteren Nahrungsmitteln können Sie über In-App-Käufe direkt in der App erwerben.
