QLD Learner Logbook

I have 4 trips that have not been approved. My mother teaches me and she has approved all 4 of my recent trips but they are still there saying not approved. How tf am I suppose to get my hours up if the app doesn’t work.

app is already cooked won’t even let me sign in

If you make a mistake and even if you correct it there is still issues. Have had to resort to the paper logbook for trips where I’m the supervisor. Very annoying. It said the trip was approved then the trip disappeared. Just not worth the hassle.

When I enter my phone number and licence number it says: Error Unexpected character encountered while parsing value: <. Path ", line 0, position 0. And I am using English - Australia keyboard like it says in “fix” section

You need to fix your fkin app. The amount of times I’ve accidentally exited it and lost my timer is driving me insane

I have just started learning to drive and have about 3 hours than can not be accepted as it says the website is blocked and my supervisor can’t access it. This is so annoying and stupid government, make a better app or stick to the books, this is irritating as I didn’t receive a paper book to log trips so now I have to go into a license place and get one, fix the app!

Where can I get tech support for this app? Trips will not send to email for approval.

I have tried multiple times to log in to the app and I know I am using the correct details as I have logged into the prepL website on my computer right next to me. I’ve triple checked I typed everything in right yet it still asks me to check my details.

The app crashes every time nowadays!!

Whilst the app has been good for the majority of the time, it is not crediting the additional hours for a driving lesson with a qualified driving instructor. This has only happened since Saturday 18/11/23. Please fix this issue ASAP.
