### *---- "Application error"
Always facing problems in opening the application and when choosing the members and recently when downloading the PDF files in the claims section
-- AHFGQ, 2026-10-07

### *---- "Poor customer service"
I have experience one of the poorest levels of service in this “service” company.
Unjustifiable Delay, Resistance and in some cases intimidation.

### *---- "It’s not working"
When I sign in there is no information or anything showing!! It’s asking me to buy an insurance!!
-- esno86, 2026-07-02

### *---- "disaster"
There is no even a way to talk to the agent, no whatsapp contact, nothing. App continuously ask you for login but then nothing is useful there except maybe a submission of claim. There is no record of your weight, calculator bmi doesn't record this, no other vitals record too. Very little use
-- czakolo, 2026-06-17

### *---- "Application is not working since more than a week"
I don’t know what’s the problem. I called many times I was answered but the Help was not enough sometimes I am able to enter in my account, but I will be told that I have no policy other times I will not even be able to enter. I will be given a password, but it will not even work. Please fix this.

### *---- "Its not working"
Full of issues, I can’t upload photos, and when I use from camera option and take a picture, app freeze completely!
-- Mr Abu Fayez, 2026-05-08

### *---- "Just unacceptable اظبط حالك"
For weeeks! I tried to registered, RE-registered, logged in and re-logged in, whatever… app is just loading

But eventhough you still are able to do my experience just miserablefor the amount of money I am paying for the product

When registering in, you have to rewrite everything all of the time if the re is one thing wrong

Get your stuff together honestly اظبط حالك !!!
-- Bomboclated, 2026-05-04

### *---- "Worst Ever Application"
I’ve not seen such a worst application like New QLM app. Every time, it shows not working, hanging problem and once you reach to claim, not able to access gallery or anything. It will hang totally and able to go back even. The previous or old application was wonderful. I don’t know why you are updating or making the new applications while the old one working extremely well. You have to change your IT team or software developer to avoid such kinds of traps.
